Centenary radio is owned by the registered trustees of Masaka Diocese. It has it’s Head Office situated in Masaka City Grant Street, former Centenary Bank building. Centenary radio was incorporated on the 3rd of October 2017 with registration  number 80020000484905. The company acquired a radio fm frequency of 88.1FM  after buying Suubi Broadcasting Servuces limited on 4th May 2018.

Centenary radio is a catholic radio but with a commercial character.
